ESCAPEROO ONE is a Tiny Home located in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. It is 26’ long x 8.5’ wide x 13.5’ high and 408 Square Feet. The exterior is wooden with a 6' x 12' wooden deck. ESCAPEROO ONE has an upstairs double loft area for sleeping, storage and a desk. The downstairs has an open living area with lots of light and a modern kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, tall fridge and a washer/dryer combo.
There is a bathroom with toilet, sink and full size shower. High efficiency A/C heat pump, USB outlets, Full size windows and operable windows with window coverings. Great maple wood interior, solid butcherblock counters and staircase with engineered composite floors. ESCAPEROO ONE Tiny Home is well made and energy efficient.
ESCAPEROO ONE is available for rent April 5, 2026.
A minimum lease of 6 months is required.
